I’m extremely happy with the customer service that I received at showcase. Stella was fantastic and I highly recommend. Even two months after my purchase she checked in with me. She negotiated the best finance rate and trade-in value. Simple, professional and trustworthy. Five star.

Wonderful and Honest Service
My first car purchase in the last 7 years and it was my best yet. Stella Benjamin greeted me within minutes upon arriving to the lot and she was accommodating, polite and helpful until the moment I signed the paperwork. I cannot recommend her services enough. Overall great experience
Patrick was great and the overall experience was fast and thorough. Usually you end of spending hours at dealershio so I was prepared for it but within an hour I was driving off the lot with a car I love. Patrick and Arash are a great team and I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone looking to purchase their next car. You will definitely notice the difference like I did.

Car Buying Experience
Hands down the best car buying experience that we ever had. The moment we entered the dealership, the staff were all eyes and waving at us. From Stella...to Patrick...to Reza...to the articulated comic yet very professional Ali...and of course, the magnanimous GM, Mr. Arash. There was neither pressure nor tension at all, everything was smooth and we were practically laughing the whole time. Customer service at its best and accommodation par excellence! And we got the best pricing, too. Kudos to Stevens Creek Showcase...with that, I rest my case!

Very straight forward information, but smart bargainer. I did a lot of research on the car I wanted and she gave me a great price. The whole process was easy. She established trust from the very beginning and made sure I was comfortable with all aspects of the deal before signing. Stella also went out of her way to answer questions after hours. Great experience
After speaking with Stella Benjamin, i scheduled an appt for the following day due to Covid-19 restrictions. i called her back and asked if i could come down right then, and she graciously made the arrangements. I came in with a pre-approval for a loan from my credit union, i was not pressured to go through the dealership loan dept, Stella was extremely personable and made the experience as easy as possible. i left with a purchase order from the dealer and took it to my credit union. i was able to pick up my truck the next day. Stella had them detail it, put gas in it and i was on my way. i would say, best dealership experience i've had. Thanks Stella!

My Dream Car
I want to thank Stella for her excellent costumer service and Professionalism. I got The machine that I’ve been looking for an Audi S5 The best thing was that they dropped the price down to an excellent price I saved about $7000 dollars.
